For weddings or any events involving more than one person at the same location, the total number of services, timing, and payment are coordinated under one contract. This helps keep the schedule organized and works best for everyone involved.

If wedding party members prefer to book services separately from the bride, their bookings still need to be combined into one coordinated contract. In this case, service pricing may differ from the rates offered under the bride’s contract

Cancellation and rescheduling terms depend on the event date and services booked and are outlined clearly in your contract. I always aim to be as flexible as possible, understanding that life happens, and each situation is reviewed individually.

Timeline is extremely important on a wedding day. A delay of up to 5 minutes is considered acceptable, though not encouraged. Delays of 15 minutes or more may significantly impact the schedule. I will do my best to complete the service within the remaining time, but if 30 minutes or less remain, I may need to refuse the service to avoid affecting the overall timeline or my next booking.

I can personally accommodate up to 6 services in one day (for example: 6 makeup services, 6 hairstyles, or a combination such as 3 makeup and 3 hair services). For larger parties, an additional artist can be arranged if discussed in advance. Additional travel or service-related fees may apply, and artist assignments are determined based on availability and skill set.

Most makeup and hair services take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. In rare cases, timing may extend up to 1.5 hours, depending on the look and hair type.

While I cannot guarantee wear time, makeup and hair are designed to last throughout the day with proper care. Avoiding excessive touching, swimming, or tight clothing changes, along with proper makeup maintenance (such as blotting instead of rubbing), will help ensure longevity.

Yes. All makeup applications are designed to look beautiful both in person and on camera, including professional photography and flash.

Please arrive with a clean face, free of makeup. Light, familiar skincare (such as your regular moisturizer or serum) is perfectly fine — avoid trying new products before your appointment. Hair should be clean, completely dry, and free of oils or heavy styling products.

Absolutely. Inspiration photos are always welcome and help guide the process. I tailor each look to your features, preferences, and overall aesthetic to ensure the result feels like you.

Yes. I work carefully with sensitive skin and take a thoughtful approach to product selection. Because I personally have very sensitive skin, I understand how important this is. Please inform me in advance of any known allergies, skin conditions, or reactions.

Travel fees are calculated based on the service location. To provide an exact quote, I will need the full address. The minimum travel fee starts at $25.

Yes. If free parking is not available, the client is responsible for covering all parking expenses.

I will need a table or any wide, flat surface for my kit (a desk, vanity, or even a wide windowsill works well). Natural, indirect light is ideal, but I always bring professional lighting. At least one power outlet is required regardless of the service booked.

For larger groups, when several hours pass between the first and last client in my schedule, I always include complimentary time at the end to touch up everyone I worked on. However, I do not stay for the entire event.

On-site touch-up services beyond this are available as an add-on and must be booked in advance. This service may not be available if requested on the event day.

Yes, upgrades are possible based on availability. Requests should ideally be made as early as possible and no later than one week before the event. In some cases, upgrades may be accommodated closer to the date, but this is discussed individually.
